Lynette Benitez is an assistant case manager with Hickey Law Firm, P.A. She graduated from the Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. She also received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami. Lynette is fluent in Spanish. Her responsibilities include preparing research, transcribing, requesting medical and billing information, conducting intakes, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients, and assisting in case management, including for cruise ship sexual assault cases.
